About our products

We sell vintage-style travel posters and wall art prints. Each item is printed to order by our print partner and shipped directly to you.

 

Orders and contract formation

By placing an order and clicking "Buy now" / completing checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

 

Delivery

Orders are printed to order and typically dispatched within the timeframe stated on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For orders shipped to the USA, you may be responsible for import duties - see our Shipping Policy for details.

 

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

 

Intellectual property

All poster designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Mr Hamster Designs. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical item only - no rights are granted to reproduce, resell, or otherwise use the artwork commercially.

 

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Polish or EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
