Ordering
How do I order?
Pick your artwork, choose a size and whether you want it framed, then add it to your cart and check out. You will get an order confirmation by email straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not entered production. Email mrhamsterllc@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full.
Production and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum order value. For all other destinations a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Every print is made to order by our print partner PrintShrimp in the United Kingdom. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production before dispatch.
How long is delivery?
After dispatch: European Union 3 to 7 business days, United Kingdom 2 to 4 business days, United States 7 to 14 business days, rest of world 7 to 21 business days. These are estimates and can vary with customs or courier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia, and worldwide on request.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders ship from the United Kingdom. Since August 2025 the US de minimis exemption no longer applies, so shipments to the United States may be subject to duties and import taxes regardless of order value. Free shipping covers delivery only, not duties. These are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
How is my print packaged?
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed pieces ship with corner protectors in a rigid mailer.
Returns
Can I return a print?
Yes. If you are in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, no reason needed. Customers outside the EU can return within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
My print arrived damaged.
Email mrhamsterllc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund and you will not pay return shipping.

Products
What paper do you use?
Giclee printed on 200gsm gallery-grade, acid-free paper with a matte, glare-free finish, using water-based pigment inks.
What are the frames like?
Frames are 20 to 25mm thick and 10 to 14mm wide, available in black, white or oak, fitted with shatter-resistant plexiglass, sawtooth hangers and turnbuttons. All frame colours cost the same.
What sizes are available?
A5 through A1 in metric, plus inch sizes from 5x7" up to 24x36". Exact dimensions are listed in the size guide on every product page.
Do the colours match the screen exactly?
Very closely, but screens vary in brightness and calibration, so a small difference is normal.
