RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named) received the goods.

To exercise this right, contact us at mrhamsterllc@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (including your order number). You do not need to use a specific form, but you may state: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [item], ordered on [date]."

Returning the item

Please return the item without undue delay and within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please package posters carefully (rolled in a tube) to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item back (or proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you cancel before your order has entered production, we will cancel and refund you in full - no return needed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your poster arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at mrhamsterllc@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund; you will not be asked to cover return shipping in this case.

Non-EU customers (including USA)

We also accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Contact us at mrhamsterllc@gmail.com to arrange a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
